Making Italy your 2nd home is a life changing project. Yet, it requires patience and taking bureaucratic steps methodically. This program prepares you to make Italy your 2nd home comfortably. You will be able to take much-informed decisions in your early days of arrival there, saving you time and resources.

You will be guided on steps right through the initial preparation, right through to flying till after arrival in Italy.

The program is updated from time to time. It covers areas about buying property in Italy, the ways to learn the Italian language, various migration policies, ways to proceed for visas, Resident Permits, and Benefits of Italian citizenship.

It also talks about renting an apartment or a room on your initial visit, working in Italy, its taxes, ways to take your family to Italy, opening bank accounts, Health Insurance, Driver’s License, It shows how to get started with buying €01-Houses and other properties in Italy, eligibility, projected costs, its budget, Government announced bonuses, Goods to Accompany and a host of other areas.

You will learn about Italy and your rights according to Italian law. The Important documents you should have with you, and ways to improve your Italian language. We will introduce you to the business and income processes, Education, Housing, and Healthcare in Italy.

You’d be able to understand money and financial transactions customary in Italy, its transport, communication, and overall, how to live in Italy more easily.

This program will facilitate you in avoiding unnecessary and often expensive pitfalls.

The program remains accessible for 12 months.

Our program fee is €6,000 in three equal installments: €2,000 upon registration and applying for your Visit Visa, €2,000 for buying property in Italy, and €2,000 for business registration in Italy.  

Visitation coordination, stay, and accommodation, according to your preference, would be billed separately.
