This would involve several steps:

Research and Planning

  • Collaborate with selected Pakistani institutes and consultants.
  • Invite representatives from Italian universities to Pakistan to select the right students.
  • Identify the target audience: Develop and offer guided programs for Undergraduate, Graduate, Master, and Ph.D. candidates for admission as student applicants or exchange program participants.
  • Understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities for international students in Italy. Research existing advisory services to identify gaps or areas where you can provide unique support.
  • Develop a business plan: Outline our service offerings, Faculty’s travel arrangements from Italy to Pakistan, marketing schedules, operational details, and financial projections.

Legal Considerations

  • Choose a legal structure: Regularise AukSun Consultants S.r.l.
  • Consult existing Institutions in Pakistan to collaborate to optimise the student selection at their end.
  • Follow the necessary legal and procedural steps as determined by the University’s by-laws. This typically involves obtaining a tax identification number, registering with the Chamber of Commerce, and fulfilling any MoU of participating Universities.

Establish Partnerships
