Coupled with drafting, and notarizing the Articles and Memos of the Association that outline the business purpose, structure, and internal regulations and followed by opening an Italian bank account to commence business in a compliant manner.
The program guides you in preparing and submitting the necessary documents, paying the required fees, and obtaining a registered number, registering for Value Added Tax and so on. It further goes on to register your company with the Italian Chamber of Commerce where needed.
Depending on the nature of your business, you may need specific licenses or permits to operate legally in Italy. This program provides guidance for all these formalities.
